As a personal trainer I have the unique opportunity to work with individuals and guide them towards a healthier and functional lifestyle. I am honored to be part of people’s lives and to help them exceed the expectations they set for themselves and achieve their personal goals.
My personal training philosophy is based on function first and ensuring individuals have stability and mobility for everyday activities. I emphasize the importance of balance, stretching and strength in as part of comprehensive fitness. I value holistic health and I love working with clients of all ages, fitness levels and background to meet their needs and goals.
I grew up in Bellingham and Whatcom County and love spending my time enjoying our beautiful outdoors. When I am not working with clients you will find me running, hiking and exploring the beautiful trails in our area. I love teaching group fitness and cooking/nutrition classes and enjoy unwinding in my garden.
