Jacki grew up in Bellingham, Washington and is passionate about helping people find their potential and improving their quality of life. Jacki is a Certified Health and Wellness Coach, Personal Trainer and orthopedic specialist with over seven years of experience in the fitness industry. She founded her company, Functional Health and Fitness, to specialize in helping clients establish a healthy lifestyle through movement, nutrition and building healthy habits. She has expertise in working with clients navigating chronic conditions, injury recovery and pain management. Jacki holds a bachelor’s degree in Biology and multiple certifications including senior fitness, weight management and IBBFA Barre instruction. Jacki loves being outdoors and spends her free time in the mountains skiing, hiking, camping and paddle boarding.
